Welcome to VisitGCC. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. VisitGCC operates as an online marketplace for attractions, tickets, experiences, tour packages, and events across the GCC region. These Terms govern your access, use, and interactions with the VisitGCC Platform.
2. Scope & Applicability
2.1 General Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided via the VisitGCC Platform unless more specific terms apply to a particular service. Where additional or service-specific terms apply, they will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page, during booking, or otherwise on the Platform prior to confirmation.
Any terms not included here, or that conflict with these Terms, will not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by VisitGCC.
VisitGCC operates an online marketplace platform that enables users to discover, compare, and book attractions, tickets, experiences, guided tours, fixed-departure tour packages, and events (each an “Activity”).
When you book an Activity through the VisitGCC Platform, the contract for that Activity (the “Service Agreement”) is concluded exclusively and directly between you and the relevant vendor, supplier, or service provider (the “Supplier”).
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are not purchasing the Activity from VisitGCC.
VisitGCC does not provide, operate, organize, or control any Activity.
VisitGCC is not a tour operator, event organizer, reseller, or principal supplier.
VisitGCC acts solely as a commercial agent authorized by the Supplier to:
Facilitate the conclusion of Service Agreements between you and the Supplier; and
Collect payments from you in the name of and on behalf of the Supplier.
Accordingly, VisitGCC does not become a contractual party to the Service Agreement, and the Supplier remains solely responsible for the performance, quality, safety, legality, and delivery of the booked Activity.
VisitGCC receives a commission from the Supplier for facilitating bookings and providing marketplace, payment, technology, marketing, and customer support services.You acknowledge that the price displayed on the VisitGCC Platform (the “Posted Price”) and/or the amount paid at checkout (the “Booking Price”) includes VisitGCC’s commission, which is paid by the Supplier and does not result in any additional charge beyond the displayed Booking Price.
VisitGCC allows you to browse and filter Activities using various parameters, such as destination, category, date, availability, price, and ratings.
Where multiple Suppliers offer similar or comparable Activities, VisitGCC may display and rank such Activities using automated systems designed to enhance user experience and relevance. Ranking factors may include, without limitation:
Popularity and booking volume
Customer ratings and reviews
Availability and operational reliability
Performance and quality metrics over time
Commercial factors, including commission levels or marketing participation by Suppliers
No Supplier is guaranteed a specific placement or ranking position. Rankings are dynamic and may change based on performance, user behavior, and system updates. New Activities may initially be ranked based on internal assessments until sufficient performance data is available.
The VisitGCC Platform is made available for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform, in whole or in part, for any business, commercial, resale, professional, or competitive purpose unless expressly authorized by VisitGCC in writing.
You may not use any automated systems or software, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or data-mining tools, to access, extract, copy, monitor, index, or reuse any content, data, pricing, availability information, or other materials from the VisitGCC Platform without VisitGCC’s prior written consent.Any unauthorized automated access or extraction may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may give rise to legal action.
While certain areas of the VisitGCC Platform may be accessible without registration, you must create an account to access all features, complete bookings, or manage reservations.
To register for a VisitGCC account (a “VisitGCC Account”), you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name and a valid email address, and create a secure password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VisitGCC Account credentials and must not share them with any third party.
You are responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your VisitGCC Account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify VisitGCC if you believe that your account credentials have been lost, stolen, misused, or otherwise compromised.
You may create and maintain only one VisitGCC Account for your personal use. You may not sell, assign, license, or transfer your VisitGCC Account to any other person or entity.
VisitGCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate, transferred, or misused accounts.
VisitGCC reserves the right to impose reasonable conditions on access to the Platform or certain features, including but not limited to:
Verification of identity or payment information
Review of booking or payment history
Submission of supporting documentation
If VisitGCC reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, or breach of a Service Agreement, it may restrict, suspend, or cancel access to the Platform or affected bookings, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies.
VisitGCC does not guarantee that the Platform, or any specific content, feature, or service, will always be available or uninterrupted. VisitGCC may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time.
However, any valid Service Agreement already concluded between you and a Supplier remains governed by its applicable terms, subject to cancellation, refund, or modification rights set out therein.
4. User Conduct & Obligations
Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, respect other users and Suppliers, and provide accurate information. Misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination.
4.1.1 Account Deletion by User
You may request the blocking, termination, or deletion of your VisitGCC account at any time by contacting VisitGCC customer support through the Platform or via the designated account deletion or contact options made available on the VisitGCC website.
Account deletion requests may require identity verification and will not affect:
Any completed bookings;
Any ongoing or confirmed Service Agreements; or
Any legal, payment, or compliance obligations incurred prior to deletion.
4.1.2 Termination or Suspension by VisitGCC
VisitGCC may suspend or terminate these Terms, your VisitGCC account, or your access to the Platform at any time with reasonable prior notice, unless immediate action is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Such termination or suspension shall not affect any Service Agreement already concluded between you and a Supplier. All such Service Agreements shall remain valid until fulfilled, completed, or cancelled in accordance with their applicable terms.
4.1.3 Immediate Termination for Cause
VisitGCC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately and without prior notice where there is good cause, including but not limited to:
Fraud, misuse, or attempted circumvention of the Platform;
Violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
Security risks or unlawful activity; or
Regulatory, governmental, or authority requirements.
4.1.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access or use the Platform will cease; and
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect.
The price displayed on VisitGCC for an attraction, event, tour, or experience (the “Posted Price”) applies to the selected product. The final amount payable by you (the “Booking Price”) is the Posted Price minus any applicable discounts, promotions, or offers shown at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Booking Price is payable in full at the time of booking. VisitGCC may update the Posted Price to reflect changes in availability, demand, or supplier pricing, but any price changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
VisitGCC operates as a marketplace and payment facilitator and does not sell products directly. All bookings are concluded directly with the Supplier.
VisitGCC cannot issue tax invoices for attractions, tickets, events, or packages sold through the Platform.
Suppliers are responsible for issuing tax invoices where required by law.
Upon request, VisitGCC may provide a payment confirmation or booking receipt for completed bookings, which is not a tax invoice.
VisitGCC is authorized to collect payments in the name of and on behalf of the Supplier as a commercial agent.
Once payment is successfully made to VisitGCC (or its appointed payment processor), your payment obligations towards the Supplier are fully discharged.
If the Booking Price is payable in a currency other than your local currency, VisitGCC may collect payment in your local currency and convert the foreign currency claim at the exchange rate applicable at the time of contract conclusion. For highly volatile currencies, a reasonable exchange or conversion fee may apply.
5.4 Customer Support, Refunds & Point of Contact
VisitGCC acts as your primary point of contact regarding payment and booking issues, while the Supplier is responsible for fulfilling the Service Agreement.
Refunds are governed by the Supplier’s cancellation and refund policy, displayed at the time of booking. If you request a refund outside this policy, VisitGCC will coordinate with the Supplier; approval is at the Supplier’s discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated payment information. You must confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Permitted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment terms and conditions of the payment service provider apply, and additional fees may be charged for processing or foreign transactions.
VisitGCC may condition access to payment features or specific payment methods on creditworthiness, compliance checks, or fraud prevention.
Payments may be processed by third-party Payment Sub-Agents appointed by VisitGCC. Payments made to Sub-Agents are treated as payments made directly to VisitGCC and discharge your payment obligations towards the Supplier.
If a payment fails, is reversed, declined, or subject to a chargeback, VisitGCC may suspend, cancel, or invalidate the booking. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts owed to the Supplier, including fees or charges incurred due to payment failure.
VisitGCC earns a commission from the Supplier for facilitating bookings, providing marketplace services, payment processing, technology, marketing, and customer support.
This commission is included in the Posted Price and Booking Price, and does not result in any additional cost to you beyond the displayed amount.
You may cancel a Service Agreement only in accordance with:
The cancellation and refund conditions stated in the Supplier’s own terms and conditions for the Activity (the “Supplier-Customer T&Cs”);
The description and cancellation policy displayed on the Activity page on the VisitGCC Platform; and/or
Any conditions stated on the voucher or ticket issued for the Activity.
It is your responsibility to carefully review all applicable cancellation and refund conditions before completing a booking.
At present, VisitGCC does not provide automated self-service options for rescheduling or cancelling Activities.
To avoid misunderstandings, all cancellation or change requests (including rescheduling dates or changing participant details) must be submitted by contacting VisitGCC directly via:
Email to the official VisitGCC support address; or
Phone or contact channels made available on the VisitGCC Platform.
Cancellation or change requests must be made in good time. What constitutes good time depends on the specific Activity, including the applicable cancellation period, Supplier requirements, and availability constraints.
The decisive factor for determining whether a request is timely is the date and time at which VisitGCC receives your request, not when it is sent.
If your cancellation or change request complies with the applicable conditions, VisitGCC will coordinate with the Supplier on your behalf.
Where a cancellation or change is approved by the Supplier, VisitGCC will issue a written confirmation by email on behalf of the Supplier. This confirmation serves as proof of cancellation or modification and should be retained for your records.
If a request is not eligible under the applicable cancellation conditions, no refund or change will be available.
All Platform content, logos, images, and data are owned by VisitGCC or licensed to it. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use content without consent.
VisitGCC is not liable for Supplier performance, safety, or service issues. Liability is limited to direct damages caused by VisitGCC negligence, subject to applicable law.
Users agree to indemnify and hold VisitGCC harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
The VisitGCC Platform may display reviews, ratings, comments, photos, and other content submitted by users (“User Content”). Reviews reflect the personal opinions and experiences of individual users at a particular point in time and may be influenced by personal expectations or preferences.
You acknowledge that:
Activities, attractions, events, or services may change after a review is posted; and
A single review may be less representative than an aggregate of multiple reviews and ratings.
VisitGCC does not verify the accuracy of individual reviews and does not endorse any opinions expressed by users.
You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or images relating to Activities you have booked or experienced through VisitGCC (collectively, “User Content”).
You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit. It is strictly prohibited to submit User Content that:
Is false, misleading, or inaccurate;
Advertises or promotes third-party products, services, or businesses;
Is created in exchange for compensation or other benefits from a third party;
Is submitted by, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Supplier providing the Activity;
Infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; or
Contains malicious links, harmful code, or references intended to disrupt systems or data processing.
You confirm that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit any images or other content as User Content.
In particular:
Images containing identifiable individuals may only be uploaded with their consent; and
If images or content were created by another person, you must obtain that person’s permission before uploading.
User Content must not violate applicable laws, public order, or moral standards, and must not infringe the rights of others.
You may not upload or make publicly accessible any User Content that includes, depicts, or promotes:
Violence or threats;
Pornographic or sexually explicit material;
Discrimination, hate speech, racism, or harassment;
Defamation, false allegations, or unlawful content.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant VisitGCC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any media formats and channels, whether now known or later developed.
This license includes use:
On or through the VisitGCC Platform;
On affiliated or partner platforms; and
In online and offline marketing, promotional, and informational materials.
VisitGCC reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, remove, or disable access to User Content at its sole discretion, including where such content violates these Terms or applicable laws.
VisitGCC is not required to retain copies of User Content or to provide copies to users after removal.
VisitGCC, its affiliates, payment partners, and distribution partners may display advertisements, promotions, or other information alongside or in connection with User Content on the Platform or other media.
You are not entitled to any compensation for such advertising or placement. VisitGCC reserves the right to modify the type, format, and scope of such advertising at any time.
12.1.1 Direct Contract with Supplier
When you select and purchase an Activity on the VisitGCC Platform, you conclude a Service Agreement directly with the Supplier providing the Activity. For the purpose of concluding this Service Agreement, VisitGCC acts solely as the commercial agent of the Supplier.
12.1.2 Booking Process and Offer
To book an Activity, you select the desired Activity, provide the required personal details, and choose a payment method. By completing the booking process, you submit a binding offer to conclude a Service Agreement with the Supplier.
Unless otherwise stated, your offer remains binding for two (2) working days. Upon receipt of your offer, VisitGCC will send you an automatic booking confirmation on behalf of the Supplier. You are responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation immediately and ensuring that all details are correct.
12.1.3 Supplier-Specific Terms and Conditions
Certain Activities may require you to accept additional Supplier-specific terms and conditions (“Supplier-Customer T&Cs”) as part of the booking process. By booking such an Activity, you agree to be bound by these Supplier-Customer T&Cs.
Supplier-Customer T&Cs may contain important information, including cancellation rights, refund conditions, participation requirements, or safety rules. Nothing in the Supplier-Customer T&Cs alters VisitGCC’s role or legal rights. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Supplier-Customer T&Cs, the provision more favorable to you shall apply to the relationship between you and the Supplier.
12.1.4 Acceptance and Confirmation
The Service Agreement is accepted in the name and on behalf of the Supplier once you receive a booking confirmation issued by VisitGCC acting for the Supplier. Where applicable, you may also receive a voucher, ticket (mobile or downloadable), or other confirmation of access, along with a payment confirmation.
VisitGCC reserves the right to accept or reject booking offers at its reasonable discretion.
12.1.5 Content of the Service Agreement
The Service Agreement between you and the Supplier is not documented in a separate written contract. Its content consists of:
The Activity description and details displayed on the VisitGCC Platform at the time of booking;
The relevant provisions of these Terms; and
Any applicable Supplier-Customer T&Cs accepted during booking.
12.2.1 Price Inclusions
Unless otherwise stated, Posted Prices generally include applicable taxes and fees. However, certain local taxes, entrance fees, or charges may be payable directly at the destination. Any such additional charges will be disclosed in the Activity description where known.
12.2.2 Pricing Conditions
Prices and conditions set by Suppliers may be subject to specific cancellation, refund, or participation rules. You are responsible for reviewing these conditions prior to booking.
The Posted Price or Booking Price displayed on VisitGCC may differ from prices offered by the same Supplier through other sales channels or platforms.
12.3.1 Participation Requirements
You must arrive on time at the meeting point and comply with all participation requirements specified in the Activity description or communicated by the Supplier. If you are traveling internationally, you are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (including passports and visas) and complying with health, safety, and entry regulations.
12.3.2 Insurance and Safety
The Booking Price does not include insurance unless expressly stated. You are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage. VisitGCC strongly recommends obtaining travel and activity insurance, particularly for Activities involving physical effort, outdoor conditions, or increased risk.
VisitGCC does not operate Activities, employ guides, or set or verify safety standards.
12.3.3 Supplier Responsibility
Suppliers act as independent contractors and are not agents, partners, or employees of VisitGCC. VisitGCC is not responsible or liable for acts, omissions, representations, negligence, or misconduct of any Supplier, nor for personal injury, death, property damage, or losses arising from an Activity.
12.3.4 Time Zones
All deadlines, times, and schedules relating to an Activity are determined by the local time zone of the Supplier.
12.4.1 Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
Suppliers may cancel an Activity without observing standard cancellation periods where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make performance impossible, unsafe, or substantially impractical. Such circumstances may include adverse weather, government actions, strikes, or events of force majeure.
In such cases, the Booking Price paid for the cancelled Activity will be refunded in accordance with the Supplier’s policy. Any additional claims must be directed to the Supplier.
12.4.2 Exclusion from Participation
A Supplier may exclude you from an Activity without refund if:
You fail to meet stated participation requirements;
Your participation poses a risk to yourself or others; or
You disrupt or materially interfere with the Activity.
12.4.3 Changes to the Activity
Suppliers may make minor or immaterial changes to an Activity itinerary where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes may include adjustments to timing or meeting points, provided the alternative location is reasonably accessible.
Where possible, changes will be communicated to you in advance via email or the VisitGCC Platform. You are responsible for reviewing communications from Suppliers. In case of conflicting information, direct communication from the Supplier shall prevail.
VisitGCC may engage its subsidiaries, affiliates, payment partners, technology providers, or other third-party service providers as agents or subcontractors to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms, including payment processing, customer support, technology operations, or compliance activities.
VisitGCC may amend, update, or adjust these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, market conditions, business practices, or to address operational or legal gaps.
Any material changes will be communicated to you in a timely and appropriate manner via the Platform, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the VisitGCC Platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may discontinue use of the Platform or request termination of your VisitGCC Account with immediate effect.
